Stress – the word is enough to explain its heightened ill effects. Stress hormone cortisol acts as a strong steroid that hinder your immunity system and start something new in your body which can make you allergic to something. This can also makes you more susceptible to cold and flu.
• Dullness:
When you are suffering from chronic stress, your body produces certain hormones that reduces oxygen flow in blood which make your complexion look dull. This also makes you look tired and sticky.
• Dryness:
Stress is responsible for causing dryness in skin as it reduces lipids barrier of the skin which allows moisture to evaporate from skin making it dry. Dryness results in breaking of skin cells leading to wrinkles and lines on the skin that spoils your beauty.
